Every time that I would go to a store to look at televisions, Samsung would always have the clearest, sharpest picture. This t.v. was easy to set up. The delivery man told me to keep the box in case it had any problems since they had had some problems with a few of the sets. I have had no problems whatsoever. This is the sharpest picture and it is so easy to use. This is the way to go if you are looking for a new television. I would recommend this to anyone.

I can see clearly now
Outstanding picture.I honestly had no idea what I was missing until I bought this 52 inch LCD television by Samsung. The clarity is unparalleled. TV will never be the same for me. It's tantamount to once you have a car with air conditioning,there is no way you could ever settle for another one without it. I don't think I could ever go back to regular T V.

Excellent TV
My husband and I thought long and hard about this purchase. We read many comments that were very helpful to us. I hope these notes will help others. The Samsung LN52A650 is a beautiful set. The "touch of color" was a concern, but the accent is absolutely gorgeous. One important feature we considrerd was the expected life of the cold cathode flourescent light (CCFL) and ease/cost of replacement. Samsung engineered this set so that the flourescent backlight is easily replaced. We expect to replce it within 3-5 years. The order/purchase through Amazon was flawless. Excellent price, service and delivery. We have been viewing our new tv for two weeks, and we are blown away by the vibrant colors and features this set provides. We hooked up our sound through existing home theatre (Onkyo amp and speakers, Infinity subwoofer, LG DV/VCR player/recorder). Sound and picture is remarkable. There is no going back to regular tv. HD content channels are the only way to appreciate this set. I urge everyone to consider the 52" over the 46" screen. At a viewing distance of 8-10', the 52" is perfect. We also recommend you hang the set on the wall, especially if you live in earthquake prone areas. The included stand is o.k., but we worried that a shake ot a bump would knock the set over. Best to hang it on a wall for peace of mind.
